• In a case where the defects on the car body were not repaired in time and professionally as per the regulations of the manufacturer.
  
  
• In a case where the rust-through is caused by non-observance of the manufacturer’s prescribed technology for car body repair.
  
  
• In a case where the customer fails to bring the car in for regular service inspections.
