Driver comfort, exclusive luxury car features...
Travelling in a ŠKODA offers comfort and spaciousness, modern equipment and electronics, and exemplary quality.
The optional KESSY system allows for keyless locking, unlocking and starting of the car. If you get in the car with the key in your pocket, you are able to press the Start/Stop button to switch the ignition on.
The new Superb Wagon's Park Assist system features new technology that makes parallel parking easy and smooth, even in a small space.
Other comfort elements in the Superb Wagon include an optional electronically-controlled panoramic sunroof with a moving and hinged front part, tinted glass and an electric blind roller.
In addition to its above-standard volume, the luggage space in the Superb Wagon offers several technical innovations that make it even more practical. As well as an optional electronically-controlled boot, dividing net and system of hooks and loops for fixing the net programme, it also includes:

Innovative Luggage Restraint System
For the first time in a ŠKODA there are integrated aluminium strips and fastening elements in the boot floor. The lateral securing element with a fixed telescopic partition divides the space, while a flexible strap perfectly secures the luggage against movement. Both can be moved on rails along the length of the boot space.

Extendable Boot Floor
The extendable floor in the boot creates a level extension at the height of the bumper to help load bulky items into the boot more easily. It also creates an additional loading space under the floor, to stow more valuable items.

Automatic Roll Cover
The Superb Wagon is fitted with a luggage cover with an optional automatic release function. After the boot is opened, the cover retracts to the mid-way position to give easier access to the boot area. By simply pressing a button, the cover can then be moved to the rear headrests, or taken out and stored under the floor section.

Boot and Removable Lighting
A pair of lights in the boot generously illuminate not only the luggage space, but also the space behind the car. Inside the boot, a removable LED light can remain switched on outside the car for at least 24 hours. Thanks to a magnet, it is also possible to attach the light to the side of the car to help facilitate a wheel change at night, for example.
