Roy Morgan is renowned for providing insightful market research derived from independent surveys of thousands of customers each month. The data driving the awards stems from Roy Morgan’s extensive Single Source survey, which encompasses in-depth interviews with over 60,000 consumers across Australia. With an average customer satisfaction rating of 97.1%, Škoda stood out as a leader in providing unparalleled value and service to its customers. Michele Levine, Chief Executive Officer of Roy Morgan, emphasized the significance of Škoda's accomplishment noting the customer satisfaction scores and overall customer experience performance of the automotive company as a standout across all categories and all brands.

Škoda's award in the Car Manufacturer of the Year category also pushed Škoda to second place overall in the highly coveted ‘Best of the Best’ category, which recognizes brands with the highest customer satisfaction across all industries.

This achievement is particularly notable as Škoda surpassed renowned brands like Dan Murphy’s, Aldi, and Apple in consolidated scores for customer satisfaction.
