How to purchase & Eligibility

  • You can purchase a 3 Year/45,000km or a 5 year/75,000km New Car Service Pack by bundling this onto any new car purchase or within 12 months from the date of sale, if your vehicle has not had its first service.
  • You can purchase a 4 year/60,000 km Used Car Service Pack any time after the first 15,000 km scheduled service and is valid for the next four scheduled services or 60,000 km, whichever is completed first.

†ŠKODA Service Packs are available across ŠKODA Dealer Network for all models and covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. The New Car Service Packs can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 15,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first). The timeframe takes effect from when the vehicle is first reported in our system as ‘sold’. And the Used Car Service Packs can be purchased after the first 15,000 km/12 months scheduled service. Discount structure varies by model. For details of what is not included in a scheduled service, please refer to the program terms and conditions available below.
