Common Questions

Is the MyŠkoda app available in Australia?

Not yet. We're working closely with the Škoda factory to bring the MyŠkoda app and connected vehicle services to Australia, however it's not currently available for Australian-delivered vehicles.

We know many customers are looking forward to these features and our team is actively working to make them available as soon as possible. We'll have more information to share later in 2026, so stay tuned for future updates.

When will the Škoda Elroq Sportline be available in Australia?

The Škoda Elroq Sportline is expected to be available to order in Australia from October 2026. Final Australian specifications, features and pricing are still being confirmed and will be announced closer to its arrival.

Will the Škoda Epiq and Peaq come to Australia?

Škoda Australia is excited by the potential of future models such as the Epiq and Peaq, and we'd love the opportunity to bring more electric vehicles to Australian customers.

While there are currently no confirmed plans or timing to announce either model for Australia, we continue to work closely with the Škoda factory to evaluate future products for our market. If either model is confirmed for Australia, we'll share more information as soon as it's available.

Which Enyaq model is right for me?

The Enyaq range includes the Select 60, Sportline 85, Coupe Sportline 85, RS and Coupe RS. The Select 60 is ideal for everyday driving, while the 85 models offer longer driving range and more power. If you're looking for maximum performance and all-wheel drive, the RS models deliver 250kW and a 0–100km/h time of just 5.4 seconds. Coupe models feature a sportier roofline while the SUV provides additional luggage space.

How far can the Enyaq drive and how long does it take to charge?

Depending on the model, the Enyaq offers up to 565km (WLTP Combined) or up to 694km in city driving. Charging at home using an 11kW AC charger takes approximately 6.5 hours for the Select 60 and around 8.5 hours for the 85 and RS models. Compatible DC fast charging can replenish the battery from 10–80% in approximately 26–29 minutes. Actual range varies depending on weather, terrain, driving style and vehicle load.

What is it like to drive?

Every Enyaq delivers instant electric performance through a single-speed transmission. Rear-wheel drive models provide smooth, efficient driving, while the RS models add all-wheel drive for greater traction and acceleration. Features such as Drive Mode Selection, regenerative braking and One Pedal Driving help tailor the driving experience for city commuting or longer journeys.

What technology comes with the Enyaq?

The Enyaq includes a large touchscreen infotainment system, Digital Cockpit, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, voice control, USB-C charging and wireless phone charging. Higher grades add premium audio, a Head-up Display with Augmented Reality and additional convenience features to enhance every drive.

Is the Enyaq practical for families?

Yes. The Enyaq comfortably seats five people and offers up to 585 litres of luggage space in the SUV, expanding to 1,710 litres with the rear seats folded. Features such as an electric tailgate, optional hands-free Virtual Pedal, roof rails, multiple storage areas and ISOFIX child seat anchor points make it well suited to family life.

What safety features does the Enyaq include?

Every Enyaq comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of driver assistance technologies, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Assist with pedestrian and cyclist detection, Lane Assist, Side Assist, Rear Traffic Alert, Traffic Sign Recognition, Travel Assist, multiple airbags and ISOFIX child seat anchors. Selected models also feature Area View Camera and Intelligent Park Assist.

Can the Enyaq tow?

Yes. Towing capacity varies by model. The Select 60 can tow up to 1,000kg braked, the Sportline 85 and Coupe Sportline 85 can tow up to 2,000kg, while the RS and Coupe RS can tow up to 2,200kg when fitted with a genuine Škoda tow bar. Roof load capacity is 75kg across the range.

What are the ownership benefits?

The Enyaq offers the lower maintenance requirements associated with an electric vehicle, with no engine oil changes required. Owners can conveniently charge at home or use Australia's growing public charging network. It comes standard with 7 year warranty and 8 year battery warranty.

Which Elroq model is right for me?

The Elroq is available in two variants: the Select 60 and Select 85. The Select 60 is ideal for everyday commuting and city driving, while the Select 85 offers more power, a larger battery and a longer driving range, making it better suited to frequent long-distance travel. Both models feature rear-wheel drive, advanced safety technology and Škoda's latest Modern Solid design language.

How far can the Elroq drive and how long does it take to charge?

The Elroq Select 60 offers up to 406km of WLTP combined driving range, while the Select 85 can travel up to 521km on a full charge. Charging at home using an 11kW AC charger takes approximately 6.5 hours for the Select 60 and around 8.5 hours for the Select 85. When using a compatible DC fast charger, charging from 10–80% takes approximately 26 minutes for the Select 60 and 29 minutes for the Select 85. Actual driving range will vary depending on weather, terrain, driving style and vehicle load.

What is it like to drive?

The Select 60 produces 140kW, while the Select 85 increases output to 210kW and accelerates from 0–100km/h in just 6.6 seconds. Yes. When fitted with a genuine Škoda tow bar, both Elroq variants can tow up to 1,000kg braked and 750kg unbraked. The roof load limit is 75kg, making it suitable for roof-mounted accessories such as bike racks or roof boxes. As with any electric vehicle, towing may reduce driving range depending on the load and driving conditions.

Which Kodiaq model is right for me?

The Kodiaq range offers a choice of mild hybrid (mHEV), plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and petrol 4x4 powertrains to suit different lifestyles. The front wheel drive Select Hybrid is perfect for everyday family driving, the front wheel drive Select Plug-in Hybrid offers electric driving for shorter trips with the flexibility of a petrol engine for longer journeys, while the Select 4x4, Sportline and RS models deliver all-wheel drive capability and increased performance. The RS is the most powerful Kodiaq ever offered in Australia, while Sportline adds a more dynamic design and driving experience.

What engine options are available?

The Kodiaq is available with three different powertrains. The Select Hybrid features a 1.5-litre mild hybrid engine, the Select Plug-in Hybrid combines a turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor for a combined system output of 150kW and up to 110km of electric driving range (WLTP), while the Select 4x4, Sportline and RS use a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The RS produces 195kW and accelerates from 0–100km/h in just 6.3 seconds.

Is the Kodiaq practical for families?

Absolutely. The Kodiaq has been designed with families in mind, offering spacious seating for up to seven people on selected models, generous luggage capacity and plenty of clever storage throughout the cabin. With the third row folded, luggage space is up to 828 litres on the mild hybrid model, expanding to more than 2,000 litres with the rear seats folded. Features such as ISOFIX child seat anchor points, an electric tailgate and flexible seating make it ideal for everyday family life.
