7. How long will we process and keep your personal information?

We do not process or retain personal data in an identifiable format for longer than is necessary.

We process and retain your personal information for the following durations:

8. Who will receive or have access to your personal information relating to cookies? We disclose your personal information to third parties or permit them to access that information in connection with the purposes mentioned above.

Our third party service providers, agents and subcontractors (“suppliers”), commercial partners, Škoda Australia, and Škoda Auto a.s., group companies, dealerships (whether directly or through our related companies and dealerships), financial services partners (including Volkswagen Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd), after-sales service providers and communications partners (including ‘Xtime’, a Cox Automotive, Inc. business), roadside assistance provider (365 Assistance Pty Ltd T/A 365 Roadside Assistance), and customer care service provider (Telco Services Australia Proprietary Limited and Telco Sales Australia Pty Ltd) and other third parties may receive cookie-related personal information either directly from you, us or from one of our suppliers.

The majority of suppliers we use are processors with whom we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it other than in accordance with our specific instructions. We only disclose to them or allow them to access personal information that is necessary for them to provide their services.

9. Source of your personal information:

In most cases, we obtain personal information directly from you as part of placing an enquiry or by ordering goods or services, creating and using an account, using a connected website, mobile or digital device application, or communicating with us.
